The login and password are sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form within 5 minutes. If the e-mail with the password did not come to your inbox, check the SPAM folder or the Other / Offers folder.

If it is still not there, you can try to reset your password by clicking Log in > Forgot your password? The link to change the password should come to the e-mail.

If this does not help, write to me from the e-mail address provided in the registration form to bartosz@excelbiacademy.com – I will set the password manually.

Yes. After logging in, click My Account to change your details or set a new password.

Yes! There are no pitfalls, you do not need to enter your credit card number, you will not receive an invoice. The course has already been trusted by 50,000 people who learned the formulas, pivot tables and maps 100% free of charge. How is this possible? I specialize in courses and training for intermediate users of Excel and I honestly admit that I do not like basic training. But I love training in Power Query, Power Pivot (or “Power” PivotTables with a data model and DAX language), Data Visualization and Power BI. That’s why I thought it would be nice if everyone could prepare themselves for the onward journey.

At the end of each course, I have included a special task, the completion of which is a condition for obtaining a certificate. It is not a test or a task defined by me. You just have to send a printscreen of an example of using the knowledge from the course. Be sure to use the presentation template provided by me, send the PowerPoint file to me at bartosz@excelbiacademy.com and wait for the good news. The certificate is free.

There are 2 ways to order and pay for the paid courses:

1. Immediate payment using PayPal or credit card – you pay immediately, and the invoice and login details are automatically sent to your email.
2. Payment by bank transfer (e.g. with a 14-day deadline for a company / organization) – just send an e-mail to bartosz@excelbiacademy.com (with your company invoice details and first name & e-mail of the course participant). Then I’ll set up an account at Excel BI Academy and send back the invoice and login details. This usually happens on the same day. A longer payment term is allowed after agreement.

I issue an invoice for each paid order (both for indviduals and companies). There is no invoice and no payment for the “13-hour free Excel course”.
